Water Coming in….
Well, we got the water running to the tub now and the drain on put in it. Tomorrow we will pipe the water away from the tub.
We had a lovely little project getting the water run. The cold water behaved very nicely and was quick and simple to get done. The hot water on the other hand did not want to cooperate ate all. Where we wanted to tap into the hot water supply did not want to come apart for anything at all. After several failed attempts we finally chose to seek an alternative spot to work with. When we found what we wanted the pipe was in a different room from where we wanted it to be. So we had to move the pipe. Which ended up hitting a bad electrical wire. We were able to get both fixed and put up where we wanted them to be rather shockingly, literally. Then the old pipe ends didn’t want to open up for us to tap into. and we had to struggle with that for quite some time. When we finally got it open our new fixture was hiding from us. Once it reappeared and we got it hooked up rather easily, we finally had both the hot and cold water set up and ready to go.
Next adventure…..the drain.
